ABOUT US

The Forward Pass Football Academy(FPFA) was created in 2015 by Director of coaching Mark Pulling. We are a football coaching company  offering opportunities for 5-14 year old girls and boys, to progress their game, socialise with new people and have the chance to participate in FUN football activities/games.

The aim of the FPFA is to create a positive environment for individuals aged 5-14 of all abilities. Within this environment we will facilitate the social well-being of all participants and most importantly create regular learning opportunities through Football. Our sessions may differ from individual to group but the end goal is always the same.

So, what is the end goal? We have three targets at the FPFA.
1) To provide an environment where children can be active and have FUN

2) To produce talented footballers and provide an environment where they can develop their ability to make positive progress going into senior football.

3) To facilitate children who would like to improve socially, giving them the opportunity to learn a variety of skills - including communication

Ability levels are irrelevant as we would like to work with all children - we will devise session plans based on a number of factors and some sessions could solely be focused on games and skill drills.

We are looking to focus on the FA's 4-corner-model when approaching our sessions. See the image on the left for the 4 corner model.
